Hello friends! Here is what we've been working on: Last week we approved 32 new participants and sent out 32 welcome letters. We may not always send the same number of letters as participants approved, but it worked out neatly last week. We were able to answer 20 support tickets submitted to our website with 7 of them being from people wishing to update their mover status! We also got 2 phone calls into our 800 number.

Last week was busy as we sent out our Mover Update Survey and are beginning to track the results. We received one phone call into our 800 line and answered 11 support requests. Participant numbers continue to grow with 60 approvals made last week and 31 welcome letters sent.

The month of October was very exciting as we passed the 15,000 participants mark! Yeah us! We approved about 140 new participants and sent out about 135 welcome letters. We answered about 120 support requests and 8 calls into our 800 line. At least 6 prospective movers, some with families, came through New Hampshire for a visit. This month we look forward to continuing to raise our participant numbers and building our support network here in New Hampshire.

We approved another 16 Participants and answered about 6 support requests, but no one called this week :( We've also been busy updating user profiles home and email addresses. This week we will catch up on our Welcome Letters and send those out to our new Participants :)

November was a busy month with the Mover Number Survey project. Not only were we busy calculating peoples mover numbers, but there were a lot of profiles that were updated as well. We also had a number of Participants that we gained in the process! We approved 72 new Participants and sent out 52 Welcome Letters. We closed over 200 support tickets last month and received about 6 phone calls. Plans are furiously being hatched for next February's Liberty Forum and we are making strides to Trigger the Move!

Hello fellow Porcupines! 2013 was a very busy year for me as FSP Admin. I approved over 1,600 Participants, received about 85 calls on our 800 line, answered 400 support tickets, and touched base with over 90 people who came to visit us here in New Hampshire. July and August are undoubtedly the most active months for movers, visitors and those who just want to know a little bit more about us. I look forward to approving the final 5,000 Participants, heading up fun projects like the Mover Update and Trigger the Move, and continuing answer your questions about the Free State Project.
