FSP News keeps falling out of the book

All FSP news issues are assigned to a Book. Older years to a year book, and current issues and those year books to a main FSP News book. That book has become unbound lately, for reasons that make no sense. When I add the main FSP News node /news/fspnews back into the main FSP book, there is no cooresponding log entry, so I'm pessimistic on using the logs to figure out where it's going in the first place. Interestingly, when I changed the author of the FSP News main node to Brian, it dropped out of the outline again.
