Why I went to the Capitol
I've posted an article about my experience in Washington to Manuse.com, and this one is quite something. Please take some time to check it out.
In the piece, "Why I went to Capitol Hill: A first-hand account of the 9-12 Taxpayer TEA Party March on Washington," I've included the rationale for my trip to Washington D.C. on Sept. 12, a narrative about what I did when I got there, a short piece on the philosophy behind the 9-12 Taxpayer TEA Party March on Washington and a look at what started the whole grassroots TEA Party movement to begin with. The article includes four original photos, a link to download the entire portfolio from my trip, three original videos from the event and links to several other news items on the event.
I released the article yesterday, 9-17-2009, exactly 222 years after the the United States Constitution (buy a copy today) was adopted by the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia, Pa., and later ratified by conventions in each U.S. state in the name of "We the People."
Again, please take the time to review this piece. I will entertain all respectful discussion in response.
