John is renting out a room in a modern house surrounded by forests, a lake, several beaches, a pool, tennis courts, hiking and cross-country skiing trails, and a golf course.  It's near the following job markets:
 
1.  West Lebanon, which is booming and has LOTS of jobs, is just 20 minutes away.
2.  Hanover, which is a college town (Dartmouth) and has a significant medical industry, is about 15 minutes away.
3.  New London, another college town  is 10 minutes away.
4.  Concord, the capital, with more jobs, is about 45 minutes away on I-89, a great commute.
5.  Nashua and Manchester, the big government cities, are both about an hour away.
 
The rent is $775 per month, payable in advance, with a security deposit of $500.  Electricity, propane, and water are included.  Month to month is OK.
 
You will be sharing with just John and Abby, his black Labrador, most of the time, except when his daughter comes home from school three times a year.  Abby is a very well-trained, clean, and popular dog.  It is a pro-gun household.  Smoking and on site, high speed internet connection are negotiable.  Cable TV is available at your cost.
