Randall "GhostCow" Wolfe's Walk to New Hampshire

5/17/04

Media Contact – Amanda Phillips Press Release

Bulletin: 6/2/04 - Free Stater walking to New Hampshire injured and robbed in West Virginia. See Forum thread - I'm Back.

Randall Wolfe will be setting out on a month long, 1,000 mile walk to New Hampshire in just a few days. Along the way, he'll be meeting with and spending some time with fellow Free Staters, meeting local and national media contacts, and promoting the Free State Project to people he passes along the way. This is one of the best publicity and outreach events we've had in a long time, and I'm glad to be a part of it.

Randall has been an enthusiastic activist since he joined the FSP a few months ago. Some of our members might remember when he spray painted "Live Free or Die" and "www.freestateproject.com" on his car. He recently became our punk rock liaison, and has promoted the FSP to punk rock fans at concerts and online. He loves our ideas and ideals, and has always been happy to help promote us to like-minded individuals in the best ways he knows how.

Randall will be leaving Corbin, Kentucky on May 23rd. He'll travel east through Charleston, WV to Baltimore, MD, then north through Philadelphia, New York City, and Boston to his eventual destination in New Hampshire. He should arrive in New Hampshire in late June, just in time for the Porc Fest.

For more information, you can visit this thread on the FSP forum. For information about his walking schedule, meeting or helping him out along the way, or fundraising for his walk, you can email me, Paul Tripp. For information about sponsoring or endorsing his walk, please email Lisa Goodwin. Thanks to everyone who has volunteered their help to get Randall to New Hampshire safely.
