New Hampshire is home to 23 accredited, degree-granting colleges and universities, including Ivy League member, Dartmouth, several trade schools, and according to a 2011 report, spends the least of all states on Higher Education (PDF source). NH residents also rank #1 in knowledge of fundamental economics and financial concepts (FINRA Investor Education Foundation)
