New NH Legislation

The Cato Institute is commending NH on passage of its pioneering " 'early offer' system for medical-malpractice claims that could become a national model".  And LibertyClips provides "a list of accomplishments from one of the most libertarian leaning New Hampshire house[s] we have seen in a long time."  How has pro-liberty legislation fared in your state?
