Two bills have recently become law in New Hampshire:
- SB148 - "a resident of New Hampshire shall not be required to obtain, or be assessed a fee or fine for failure to obtain, health insurance coverage."
- HB601 - NH has returned $666,000 in Federal funds for national healthcare implementation, with instructions to use the funds "for the purpose of reducing the federal budget deficit."
In addition, New Hampshire has established a commission that must approve
any related new administrative rule changes, before any NH bureaucracy adopts such rules.
Today, Governor Lynch signed signed Rep. Jenn Coffey’s sponsored Knife Rights pre-emption bill,
HB544. This is the second unanimous knife rights victory in New Hampshire. Now NO city, town, or other political subdivision in NH can ban the ownership, possession, sale, or carry of knives.

On St. Patrick's Day 2011, the NH House voted 164-90 in support of a resolution
restoring gold and silver money; and phasing out the federal reserve system. This happened in front of special guest on lecturn:
Newt Gingrich. The same day, the House outright passed a resolution to
